Question

To store tulip and hyacinth bulbs, do I remove the dirt from all, and the roots from hyacinths?

Wink

Sort the dry bulbs by size, just shake off the dry soil (both types), and store in a cool spot where they have good air circulation. Old nylon stockings or small-opening mesh produce bags are good to store them in. If your storage area is damp coat them before storage with bulb dust (available at garden centers) to prevent rotting. Mark bags by color if required. That's it.
