There are two sources you can use to see if you can get the look you are seeking.

Ortho puts out a book, available in big box stores and garden centers, called How to Design and Build Fences & Gates. This shows a whole ton of styles and designs plus complete step by step instructions for installation including "how-to" on uneven ground such as you have.

In addition, head for your nearest Lowe's or dealer who handles the vinyl fences. They will have installation how-to's for using the style you like to accomodate the situation you have.

Normally a fence covering this distance with the uneven drop you describe would be stepped if a rail fence or if pickets you can step the top and bottom stringers and adjust the pickets for keeping them straight. Take a look to see just what look you want.
