Frost protection

Hi ya'll,

I live in houston and i have a winter veggie garden (green onion, peppers, spinch), but we have a frost coming. Any recommendations to protect them? it looks like it's going to dip in the low 30s, upper 20 just for a night then go back up.

Thanks.
