Mancozeb/myclobutanil same day or switch by week?

I have not yet lost a shrub this year but I have had to prune away some nice growth. I just cleaned out the inside of my Arborvitae of sick parts and have probably spread the fungal spores well over the plants. I immediately sprayed myclobutanil as a curative/preventative measure and I was not sure if I should also be spraying the mancozeb now or next week to ensure broad spectrum coverage of the released spores (there was just no way to clean the shrubs without making a dust ball). I change up on my weekly spraying but its a dry period for the moment with lots of rain to come and I'm hoping to kill the loose spores before the next rains. Can I use those two together or at least in the same day?

From reading the labeling and use information for these products, it seems that they can be used together.
