PEACHES SHRIVEL UP AN FALL OFF THE TREE

I have a peach tree that when the fruit is about 1" Diam. they shrivel up and fall off the tree.
Every year this happen. The tree was started from another peach tree.

By "started from another tree" do you mean grafted onto another rootstock or did someone just root a piece of branch in water and then plant it? All commercial peaches here are on grafted rootstock. If grafted it should not be a source of the problem. It sounds more like a cultural problem.
Without being able to see the tree it would be best for you to contact your local county extension agent (in the government section of the phone book). They will be able to assist you as they know your climate, soil, and can see the tree if necessary to determine problem.
