when should I trim back hibiscus trees, repot,should I trim rootball? Can I bring in
fushia? repot? trim?

For best advice contact your local Cooperative Extension Service. You can reach them at http://www.reeusda.gov/1700/statepartners/usa.htm. Click on your state, then county, then find your local office.

They will be able to give you advice for each specific plant based on your climate. These are good people to get to know.

Also, contact your locally owned nursery that sells these plants (not big box garden center). Someone there will also be able to tell you what steps you need to take.
