how come one of my pine trees are dying?

Hi,
One of the my pines are dying and the other 4 do not look healthy. Not sure if they need more water, fertilizer or, I was told to replace the soil.

Please advise. I know it's almost impossible to save the tree but all I want is to prevent the rest of the trees from dying.

Thanks in advance. Btw, the little green on the right of the pic belongs to the tree next to it.Name: sicktree1.jpg

Replace the soil? How would one even do that? Who advised that and why?

Looks like not enough sun (or maybe too much water). I see that around here all the time. The weather's been strange lately, might have something to do with it. Too much rain or not enough, it seems.
Have you tried fertilizing? There's probably one for trees and shrubs. I think that would be easier than trying to replace soil, which I never heard of either.
