I Need Help With Vine/Weed Identification and Removal (self.gardening)

I live in Austin, TX.

I have tried solarization of these particular vines/weeds. They still come back, even though everything else died. Pulling them is of no avail, they just come back and the roots are ridiculously deep and wind around everything.
Can someone please tell me what kind of weeds/vines they are and the most effective way to kill them?

Have you tried the brush killer? My first thought would have been RoundUp (2% glyphosphate) and maybe two or three sprayings with a week to 10 days in between.

I'd try the brush killer you say you have in your shed.

Keep in mind some plants have waxy coatings that make absorbing poisons a little tough, so multiple applications might be needed.

Reminds me of a Linden tree that has been cut off several times and has grown back each time.
