Repot a recovering phalaenopsis?

I left my beloved phal in the care of my cleaner over the summer. She somehow decided it was getting too much light and left it inside the room several days a week for two months! Needless to say, it was MISERABLE when I got home. Now, after 2+ weeks of TLC, it is pushing out a new leaf. Should I repot at this point? Other suggestions to aid its recovery? Many thanks.

I have to laugh..... my sisters kill their plants and bring them to my mom for rejuvenation.
She has a lot of plants that look just like yours and they do grow out of their pots.

I can't answer your question directly but it does look like it's outgrowing its pot.

Yeah, I'd repot that. It's definitely getting too big for that pot. Not just a wider pot, but a higher one, too. As it gets new leaves, you can remove some of the bad ones underneath.
