1 when to pick blossoms; time of day
2how many blossoms per plant; yield
3 can blossoms be frozen & for how long

Hi Susan,

I can't help you with all your questions, but here are some sites with recipes for the blossoms. Note you can substitute the pumpkin blossoms for others listed -

I wouldn't think you could freeze pumpkin blossoms. They would surely get mushy. I'll bet you could pick them any time of day.

If you want thousands of blossoms, you'll have to have many plants and the room to grow them. They take up a lot of space.
