Giant Green Arborvitae Diseased?
I planted 6 green giants two years ago. One is growing awesome, two are going ok, one is stable, and one, pictured below (attachment), seems to be dying.
It has these large green bulbs at the end of new growth. What is this? Why do you think this one tree out of the six is not fairing well? Is there anything I can do about it?
Any help is much appreciated!

It looks better in this image than in person. But, after 2.5 years, the tree has hardly grown. It's really thin compared the other trees. There is some new growth, but I cannot tell if the new branches just die out. It gets brown at the tips of branches. I cannot tell if I am over watering, under watering, or there is some other problem. This is the only tree that has those green cones at the end too.

Those are just seed pods. They will open in a few weeks and then fall off.
That tree is fine. Arborvitae do not grow super fast and that one's location (Not as sunny, soil conditions, etc) could be the reason it is not growing as fast as the others. IMO the color looks good and there are no dead parts.
