As part of my gardening hobby I keep a variety of herbs. Included in this collection I have the Melissa Herb. Does anyone of you have an idea how I can utilize this herb and for what is usually used? Anyone know of any site that might provide herbal recipes?

Hi r_abela,
I didn't realize that lemon balm was also called Melissa.
I mainly use it for garnish or tea, but it has many other uses. You can freeze or dry it. LB can also be spread around your flowerbeds and garden as an insect/slug deterrent.
If you are new growing this, it reseeds and can become a nuisance.
