Ginko tree question
About 3 years ago we bought our home and it came with a female ginko tree in the front yard. We soon figured out that the fruit it drops is messy, stinky and there's a lot of it. We are considering removing the tree because of the mess.
But last year it didn't drop fruit! Hmmm. Any ideas why? Is this a birds and the bees thing? - maybe it didn't get pollinated. If it continues to NOT drop fruit we'll keep the tree - it's a beautiful tree.
Any ginko tree experts here that can give me some insight? Thanks!
