Just curious as to what this variety this plant might be? (It will eventually have small yellow flowers.) I actually got a piece of this from my mother years ago (and she couldn't remember what it was called.) It definitely grows well! I've 'split it many times since I got it started years ago!
So we planted 3 abelia kaleidoscopes about a month ago. Does anyone with knowledge of this bush know if what I have circled is normal growth? There's at least one or 2 on each plant growing up from the middle, looks to be from the soil. It looks similar to the other branches and leaves but is thicker and droops down because it's heavy. Didn't know if it was normal or if I should remove those. Thanks!

I am looking to plant bougainvillea in several large planters. I understand nothing lasts forever when they are out in the hot sun and cold weather. What material should the planter be: Resin or Clay?
How long will something like this last until I have to replace?
