Is my newly transplanted tree dying?

"Fruit cocktail" tree from Ive ordered and planted a total of 5 trees from them over the last 3 years. All have turned out well but this one appears sick. I live in zone 6 (NE Ohio). I assumed spring was finally here so I ordered and planted on a 70 degree sunny day and gave it plenty of water. Ohio said "just kidding" the next 8 days were all rain with 30 degree nights and very little sun. The tree now has dropping and soggy looking leaves that are slowly turning yellow. This is supposed to be a hardy tree for zones 4-9. How can I tell if it's still going through transplant shock, over water or something else? Can it be saved if it's dying? Thanks.

Not much you can really do at this point other than sit back and wait. 30 degree nights are always an issue after some warm spring weather as new buds can freeze, if this were leafed out possibly the same thing.
