Dracaena care
My friend is bringing me his corn plant that is not doing well. It does not get much light at his place. What's the best thing I can do for it?

Hello Amy....and Gami
Finally got over here from Sierra.....great site, Gami! I've spent all morning reading over lots and lots of posts!
Thought I'd throw in my 2 cents on the Dracaena question. Corn plants are so easy to take care of....just don't overwater. They'll drop lower leaves naturally, but overwatering will make it worse. Just water thoroughly, then let the soil dry somewhat before watering again. (Trying to keep the moisture consistent is the best thing, but that's hard to do....so "a little dry" is better than too wet.)
Good light, but not direct sun, and feed with a weak liquid fertilizer regularly during the growing season!
Good luck, Amy!
