Tips growing Fountain Bamboo?

I just bought a Bamboo Fargesia nitida "Anceps", says Fountain Bamboo under all that on the tag. It is a clump bamboo that isn't supposed to be invasive and says to grow it in the shade. Before I plant it I'd like to have more information. I've done some searches on Google, but haven't found any testimonials. I live in Zone 5 and have clay soil. I'd like to know if I need to bring it indoors for the winter and what are the ideal growing conditions. Thanks!

Fargesia Nitida Anceps

Grows to 12 feet in clumps and is hardy to -20 degrees. Zone 5 averages a low of -20 to -10 degrees. Fast growing. Heat tolerant, but leaves will curl in the sun. It is a rare bamboo and is considered a 'collector' and is expensive. Needs to be grown in the shade. Divide in the spring. New shoots are susceptible to slugs, fungal leaf spot, rust, and dieback may occur.

This bamboo comes from Central China. It can be found growing at the National Zoo. It prefers moist, fertile, humus-rich soil, in a sheltered site.
