evergreen shrubs

I have brown needles starting to appear on branches of my shrubs.I need to know what the problem is and how to treat the shrubs for the problem.

It depends on what kind (variety) of shrub you have. Evergreens actually only hold their foliage for a defined amount of time - the needles will eventually turn colour and fall off, but if the plant is healthy they are usually replaced as they fall away.

If you see any fuzzy whitish (mealybugs) or hard scaly brown (scale) insects along the inner branches, you might have a problem, but be sure to confirm you have a problem before treating.
