Gas heater won't slow down (or stop)
I have a D.B. Wait gas heater, model NW-35 with a mm-1 control (info on side pannel). The problem is that the heater never stops (heating to the max). I think it is the gas valve control but I cannot find the exact type and model I would need to replace it. The pilot works fine, this is not a problem. If I could have that information (make and model), that would be great. See somes pictures:

Hi Jeff, I know this is going to sound blunt... sorry in advance for that.
Please confirm that you have FUNCTIONING Carbon Monoxide and smoke/fire detectors, and paid up fire insurance on that home. An escape plan would be in order also.
I see evidence of flue gas leakage from the combustion chamber. I doubt that appliance is rated for installation on combustible floor surface, and though I can't see the whole thing I'm willing to bet that the flue pipe is too close to combustible materials.
I'm only going by what I see in the photos. I hope that I'm wrong.
I can't find anything on that manufacturer.
My advice would be to shut it off, disconnect it, and pitch it in a dumpster.
Again, sorry about that.
