flexible gas line for natural gas
what is the rule of thumb for putting flexible gas line threw a stone foundation I am going to run a gas line from the basement to my patio for a vent less or vented gas heater my ? is can I just run then flexible gas line threw the stone foundation OR DO I HAVE TO USE BLACK GAS PIPE thanks for any information I get big hammer

Dont think it can be done AFAIK per code..
Additionally you cant just tap into your homes gas line anywhere... You must have enough btus to support the new appliance..
If you dont do the calculation and figure it out then you can starve other appliances of gas.. Such as your furnace. That in turn may cause draft and CO issues..
You can wake up dead as they say....

When I ran a gas line to my patio through a concrete basement wall, I used black steel pipe. I didn't even consider anything else.
