Need help wiring Reznor XL-200-3

Hi I am in need of desperate help wiring this reznor xl200-3 hanging garage natural gas furnace. The guy I bought it from disconnected the wiring on it. This unit has the fan,thermostat/gas valve, transfomer, and power in.I hope to get some information and /or a picture of the wiring thanks for the help in advance.

Welcome to the forums.

Make sure the heat exchanger is not rusted thru before you spend any time or money on that old dinosaur. I believe that heater is over 30 years old. I have not found a wiring diagram for it. It should be very basic to wire. The link below is a parts list for it.

XL parts manual

We did help another member wire up his old ceiling hung unit similar to yours but it required pictures of all the control parts so that we could explain what to wire. How-to-insert-pictures.

Hi, anyone of those I have wired was pretty much self contained, just brought a feed to a disconnect switch on the side of the unit, and possibly relocate a Tstat.

Your three wires coming in may be always hot, thermostat and neutral.

The problem is there is a limit switch as well as a fan thermostat in that heater.
If it doesn't have a pilot then it has an ignition box.

Many phones won't load pictures here properly. I always use my laptop.

Check out the following link. See if this is like your unit. I think it covers all the XL series.
