Welcome to the forums.

Duo-therm.... is this in a motor home / RV ?
That's not a model number I recognize. Please confirm.

You should have an intermittent ignition pilot.... not a standing pilot.
Make sure your propane tank valve and the valve on the furnace are both open.

Duo-Therm

It for a travel trailer and I've checked the values on the propane tank replaced the tank regulator the tanks are new and Everything else in the trailer that use propane is working fine but when the burner comes on yes it blows out the pilot but the main burner doesn't light either I've cleaned it out and made sure it's got a good and tight seal as it says but it still won't work right could it be the three coupler or the regulator on the unit itself?
