Flame off 1 mins later.

I have a Maytag gas dryer #DG510 about 17 years old with flame off and on.
Here is what I did so far.
1. Cleaned all vent system where I can see and tested w/o vent duct.
2. Replaced a radiant sensor and a Hi-Limit th'st. At first time, no flame was on
after flame off even igniter was on again. But now flame is on and off after
replacing the coils kit and th'st.
3. Replaced a holding coil,a secondary coil and a booster coil. But still the flame
off after about 1 min later.
The Hi-Limit th'st was disengaged when flame was off, there was 120 v across
the th'st, except that every functions seem ok.
Thanks your help in advance.

Hello: baraams. Welcome to my Gas Appliances topic and the Do-It-Yourself Web Site.

Kindly excuse my late reply. Technical difficulties on my end.

About the only possiblitity I can think of at this time, based upon what you already have done, is the fan blower cage, blower fan and venting system inside the machine may still be clugged up with lint.

Air may be discharging out of the vent behind the dryer but the volume may be low. Which would cause the symptoms you're describing. Check that area and clean out all lint.

The fan may be loose and not spinning at the same speed as the motor is turning or the motor speed may be too slow. I'm suspecting some type of overheating problem may still exist. Worth checking into.
