Maytag range

MAYTAG MGR5770

I think I need to replace a burner module because the igniter spark on that one burner is weak to non existent. The top does not seem to lift up. How do I access the burner module to replace it?

Hello: 594tough. Welcome to my Gas Appliances topic.

I'm not familar with all makes and models. But you will likely have to remove a back panel, etc. The service manual is the best item to have. Available at the local appliance parts store or ask them to make a copy of the needed page(s). Likely do so with a parts purchase, etc. Inquire. Call Maytag.
