Question Frigidaire oven slow to light

I have a Frigidaire model FGF316BSA range and oven. The range works fine, but the oven takes a long time to light. We are talking several minutes to initially light and then several minutes to light when the temperature drops during the cycle. The HSI is glowing brightly when we turn the knob. I see from other posts that I may be able to check the amps of this.

Does anyone have specific instructions for testing?
Could it be any other part causing the problem?

Another quick question...how far does should the temperature drop before the igniter will light?

Thanks,

Nitro

If you are using a clamp on take the read from one of the wires off the gas valve.
