the flame on all burners is mostly orange instead of the usual blue. I tried cleaning all the burners but still the flame stays orange.

Hello jlhac. Welcome to my Gas Appliances topic and the Do-It-Yourself Web Site.

Orange flames is usually nothing to be concerned with. Orange flames indicate invisable dust in the air and or environment is burning. In most cases orange flames are not a hazardous nor unsafe conditions.

As long as there is no odor or odors when the condition results, all is okay.
