Caloric Gas Range
I have a 10 yr. old Caloric Gas range with no pilot lights and all of a sudden the Ultra Ray Broiler won't go on and the Bake oven won't go on, any ideas? Also who took over Caloric if I need to call for factory service? Thanks in advance. Model # RSK3700UL
Ser. # 9307232479

Hello seacilian. Welcome to the Gas Appliances topic.
If the broiler and the oven do not work, do they have the same hot surface igniter's (HSI) or use separate ones for each? If neither igniter glows the problem may be in the selection control switch or main circuit board.
If one HSI glows and to other does not or either glow weakly or not at all, the igniter's may be worn out or burned out.
Difficult to determine based upon the limited information you provided. What needs to be known is if the appliance has separate igniter's and if so, which one works and which one does not. Does either HSI glow?
Maytag bought Caloric. Phone numbers and web site listed below.
Maytag Appliance Home Page:

Maytag 1-800-688-9900 USA
Maytag 1-800-688-2002 Canada
Maytag is also the maker of Amana, Jenn-Air, Magic Chef and Caloric Appliances.
Retail parts dealers and appliances parts stores can also help determine what the possible problem may be based upon that specific brand and model. Bring the make, model and serial numbers. Dealers and appliances parts stores are listed in the phone book.
Additional Suggestions:
Read the manufacturers on line web site for product information, problem possibilities, causes, solving methods, part locations, disassembly, reassembly methods, repair procedures, pictorials, schematics, repair and or owners manuals which may be available on line.
Cautionary Reminder Note:
Before attempting any repairs, be sure to unplug the appliance from the wall receptacle power source first.
