Hello tyron. Welcome to the Gas Appliances topic and the Do-It-Yourself Web Site.

Problem description usually indicates one or more of the sparker's isn't being heated by the burner flames enough to signal the sparker module to stop sparking.

Cleaning the sparker's with a soft bristle brush or pipe cleaner usually works. Or one or more of the burners ports (holes in the burner head) isn't cleaned restricting the flames from impinging on the sparker. Cleaning out those ports usually resolves the problem.

Try one or both of the solutions above and post back the results. Also read the help sticky note here for additional information and help.

Retail appliance parts dealers can also help determine what the possible problem may be also. They will need the make, model an serial numbers. Appliance parts dealers are an excellent source for original replacement parts. Dealers are listed in the phone book under appliances.

***If and or when you attempt any repairs, "Be sure the electrical power to the appliance is turned off, before attempting any repairs. Always check for gas leaks whenever the appliance is moved and/or a repair includes any connection of a gas part."
