Hello mebmikey and Welcome to the Do It Yourself Web Site and to the Gas Appliances topic.

One Possible cause is a condition change in the oven. Not a cause related to oven operation or a part not working correctly. The intent here is to diagnose and hopefully solve the condition without suspecting any parts causing the condition or repairs needing to be made.

Burner may not be lighting on all sides. Observe upon initial lighting and one cycle on maintaining temp with all doors closed. Look through the glass window at the burner.

If the burner fails to light on both sides or not light fully across the entire burner or does not light immediately when igniter reaches full brightness, the burner needs to be cleaned. Including the cross over ports or slots. Read the recent posts on the subject of ovens. Solutions already posted in them.

Another may be an air flow restriction in the ovens baking compartment. Remove any aluminum foil that may be inside. Remove anything else except the two racks and test.
