Hardwick gas store won't light

Just purchased a 10 year old (so the lady says) gas stove - cleaned it up, plugged it in, lights work, but no ignition sounds...and the burners and oven does like l come on. I can light the oven by hand through the broiler and can light the burners, but none of them will light automatically like it is supposed to. I do not hear the ignitor no matter what position its turned to. Harwick Model # CKN4642M-GW-640H. Is there a fuse or something that would cause ALL of the ignitors not to function? Help..

Question Clarifications Requested

Hello Zero-bias. Welcome to the Gas Appliances topic and the Do-It-Yourself Web Site.

Just purchased a 10 year old (so the lady says) gas stove - cleaned it up, plugged it in, lights work, but no ignition sounds...
Kindly clarify the statement above. No Ignition Sounds? ALL Spark igniter's??? All burners use spark ignitors....Or only in the oven/broiler? ???

...oven does like l come on. ????.... Clarify please. Oven works? Does not work???.....

"I can light the oven by hand through the broiler and can light the burners, but none of them will light automatically like it is supposed to."
If the oven has an igniter, any type, spark or glow igniter, burner should not be able to be lite by hand....hand meaning manually by a match flame.

The safety device in the gas control valve should remain closed and not allow gas to flow to the burner when an automatic spark or glow igniter is used, as the source of ignition, and such ignition source is not working or functioning properly.

Kindly clarify all of the above.
