Gas stove won't light consistantly

I was working on a Majic Chef stove top. The problem is one of the burners lights some of the time, The igniter sparks and provides spark for both front and back burner. Front burner is the one that isn't functioning properly. Flame is blue with to much yellow, I adjusted the mixture and got a almost blue flame. The burner seems to have a slight leak at base where it connects with the manifold. Can 1 burner be replaced or does assembly need to be replaced.

Whether or not you can just replace one burner is dependent of the model of the cook top. Some of the older models have multiple burners in one assembly.
