Whirlpool dryer
Model LHI7801

The problem I have with my dryer is that it does not get hot enough when drying. This problem is also exhibited on the timed dry cycle, the clothes still come out damp. What part can be used to fix this?

I have already tried cleaning the exhaust duct and all lint, and checking for any cinks in it but to no avail.

Cool

Howdy...things that can give you low heat in your style dryer....bad coil on gas valve, poor or restricted venting, bad drum seal, plugged lint filter, bad thermostats, intermittant timer contacts, intermittant motor heat switch, bad safety sensor...... http://appliancehelp.hypermart.net/
You can copy this address and plop it in your brownser to see the repair help at my appliance web site :-)
