Hi:Keymaker

The best idea I could offer you is to post this question in the cleaning forum on this site. There you'll get the professional advice of Mary Moppins.

The only suggestions I could offer you is to remove the removeable panels, racks, etc. and put them outside somewhere and spray them with oven cleaner.

Then spray the inside of the oven compartment and follow the directions on the product can.

TIP:
DO NOT spray the tube element <capillary tube> inside the oven. This tube is the temperature sensor and it should be located at or near the top of the oven compartment. Should be held in place by two clips.

I'm sure there are other solutions for cleaning the difficult baked on spots. You should be able to get better suggestions from Mary.

Good Luck,
Tom
