Fixing the oven door handle
The door handle is loose on my Maytag gas range. The model is MGS5879ADC. I would like to tighten the handle but the door looks sealed.

Hello Jerry. Welcome to the Gas Appliances topic.
Door may "look" sealed but not really be sealed. Look around the edges where the chrome trim is. Small screws which need to be removed, door parts separated to access handle screws.
Disassemble parts carefully on a clean white towel or sheet so as not to lose those chrome trim screws. Reassemble exactly as it was prior to removal. Should be a simple fix for someone whom is handy and careful.
