1 of 4 burners not working
Have a KitchenAid gas range model KGSC308LSSO, using propane. The right front burner has stopped working. The ignitor works, but no gas flows. I've removed the ceramic disc that controls the flame, and there is nothing blocking the oriface. The other burners all work fine. Can anyone get me started on how to troubleshoot this?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Hello GoodWood. Welcome to the Gas Appliances topic and the Do-It-Yourself Web Site.
Best suggestion I can offer at this time would be to suggest you visit a local retail appliance parts store in your area. They will need the make, model an serial numbers. Appliance parts dealers are an excellent source for original replacement parts. Dealers are listed in the phone book under appliances.
Possible that one burners gas valve has become defective since you're saying there is no gas flow blockage. If that burner isn't control by a timer or some other non manual control or a child safety device, it may be defective. A parts counter sales person may know. Ask.

Personally, I'd remove the gas valve to be sure you have good gas flow at the burner manifold. Usually the valve is threaded for 1/8" fittings, so you could use a 1/8" plug in the hole until you get a new valve.
