Have you checked the air flow at the exhaust when running to be sure it is robust?

What type of ducting is in place from dryer to outside, flex or smooth metal duct?

easiest way to make sure vent to outside is clean and not blocked is to disconnect it from dryer and dry 1 load to see how dryer works. Another way is disconnect vent turn dryer on feel air flow reconnect vent go outside and feel air flow should be the same. Reason we are concerned about vent is 95% of all dryer problems start with vent troubles.
