Conversion? (Propane Fuel To Natural Gas Fuel)

Hello all,

Got a GE Model # JGBS09PEH1WW cook stove that is presently set up to burn propane. I have moved to a different house and now I need to convert this stove to natural gas. Does any one know of a conversion kit # or what needs to be done?

No. The LP kit is the conversion kit. Your natural gas orifices should have been left with the appliance after it was converted from nat gas to LP. Did you check inside to see if they were left ?

The parts need to be ordered separately.

Small burner orifice # WB28K10123
Medium burner orifice # WB8K10121
Large burner orifice # WB28K10122

The parts listings came from the following site:
Gas & Burner parts for GE JGBS09PEH1WW - Appliance Parts Pros

One manual I referred to stated that the oven safety valve must be replaced to go back to nat. gas. However.... the valve may be adjustable. You will have to look at it. The link below is the gas valve. The FSP part # is WB19K10006.

You can also visit your local appliance repair parts center for the needed parts.
