Thermador gas cook top model SGCS365RS - No gas flowing to one burner

I've got the subject cook top, Thermador model SGCS365RS.

One burner won't get gas flow when turned on. It is getting spark but no gas flow.

Is the problem the solenoid valve or the potentiometer below the gas control knob?

It is on one of the two burners that has the simmer controls where gas is cycled on and off for simmer mode.

Also, I can't find a service manual or any meaningful information online. The Thermador website doesn't even recognize their own model number!!

Anyone able to help?

Welcome to the forums.

We'll address your repair in just this one thread.

You are correct..... service info for these ranges is extremely hard to come across.

In your case I don't think it's a solenoid issue as the solenoid would control both burners on one side. Your problem sounds like the actual gas valve but I'm trying to confirm if it could be an electrical issue. Some use a potentiometer on the valve and some just use a switch for the spark ignition.

The wiring diagram I found isn't complete.
