New Craft Gas Stove Burner Ignites, but Won't Stay Lit When Knob is Released

Hi everyone,
I got a new Craft Gas Oven. One of the Stove burners will ignites, but it turns off as soon as I release the knob. Please Help

Welcome to the forums.

I'm going to need a little help here as I'm not familiar with the Craft line of stoves. Maybe a picture, a link or a model number.

Normally you would turn the burner valve from off to ignite.... after the burner lit you would turn the valve to the desired flame. What happens after that..... does the valve turn itself back off ?
