Bosch Cooktop - One burner doesn't spark

Howdy,

http://www.bosch-home.com/us/NGM3654UC.html

I have a 5-burner gas cooktop that has a problem with one of the burners not creating a spark. I have cleaned the electrode thing where the spark is supposed to go but it didn't help.

When I turn the knob for that burner, it makes the clicking sound and the other burners spark but just not that one. It does work fine if I light it with a lighter.

Anyway, I'm assuming this is a problem with the spark modulator but that's just from a video I saw on Youtube. Can anyone let me know if that's probably the case and how the heck I replace it if that's what it is? The cooktop is inset in our counter and I don't know it the top can be lifted up without removing the entire cooktop from the counter which will be a major pain.

If I can provide any further info, please let me know.
Thanks.

I'm having a little trouble on the spark module.
I'm also looking for an exploded view of the top but haven't located it.

If you remove the burner caps.... are there screws under them and thru the top ?

Does your cooktop have a setting or does it have the ability to relight a burner if it blows out ?
It's called re-ignition.

I'm pretty sure it does the auto-relight thing.

Attaching a picture of the burner. Does this help?

I don't normally service Bosch appliances.

I was reading the Bosch tech lit on that cooktop and it mentioned re-ignition. What has me puzzled is with most re-ignition systems..... only the burner that is being used sparks.

The spark module for that unit is a five point model. The following picture is what it looks like.
I'm still looking for disassembly instructions and module location.

Wow. Thanks for going above and beyond. I didn't find much when I was looking either. If nothing else I'll place a service call and maybe the tech can just tell me where to look or if it can be opened up somehow.

Thanks!
