KitchenAid gas range model YKDRS807

Main gas burner doesn't ignite when knob turned but will ignite when any of the other three knobs are turned on to ignite.

Welcome to the forums.

Double check that model number. I didn't find it in the parts book but found similar models.

That looks to use a common spark module which means turning on any burner knob creates a spark at all the burners at the same time. If turning one knob on does nothing.... then the switch on that control is bad. With some ranges the switches are available individually and on others they all get replaced at the same time.

It's the largest of the four burners which also has an inner (low) burner and an outer burner for higher heat.

If what PJ said is correct, there is no master burner & the switch on that control needs to be replaced.
