Lynx gas griddle turns on & off
The title of my thread pretty much says it all. It is brand new and because it turns on & off intermintly it takes +30 minutes to cook a steak. I have replaced the regulator but the problem still exist. It also makes a popping sound every 10-15 minutes. I would welcome any advise, I have found little on you tube or google.

Welcome to the forums.
Yes it does but I've never seen problems with a girdle...... maybe a griddle.
I could use a model number for that unit.

That series of appliances is considered high end and is a specialty. Those companies usually don't allow or post much DIY information online in regards to their products. I sometimes service their equipment but don't have any technical info on them.
I've found some info on your unit. I see that it is a two standalone burner grill. I'm guessing yours is running on a permanent natural gas connection. The two burners are thermostatically operated and are supposed to cycle as needed to maintain set temperature. When turned on and warming up..... the blue light(s) should be on and when set temperature is reached they shut off. At that point the pop you hear maybe a burner shutting off.
Are the lights cycling but the grill isn't hot enough ?
Did you have this professionally installed ?
Since it's a new unit I would think the installer or factory service should be involved.
