My Maytag MGR7662WS will spark and light but will turn off after about 4 or 5 secconds. Any ideas for troubleshooting?

Welcome to the forums.

The spark igniter creates a spark when the spark module sends it high voltage. After the burner lights.... the flame needs to engulf that spark igniter for the module to turn off the spark. If you have a rusted burner then some of the gas ports in the burner could be plugged causing a flame issue. This needs to be visually verified. If that is ok.... the spark module sounds like it's defective.
