Frigidaire gas range: broiler delayed ignition

The broiler on our Frigidaire LGGF3043KFF is taking what seems like longer than it should to light (8-10 mins). I've measured both the igniter and the safety switch.

The igniter had continuity.
The amperage on the igniter measures 3.4 amps on one leg, 3.6 on the other.
The safety valve had continuity.
The amperage on the safety valve measures 3.67 on the blue leg and 3.56 on the white leg.

Igniter lights up and glows, nothing happens for 8-10 mins and then finally it light. The rest of the range/oven works as expected.

I'm not sure what to try / test next.

Welcome to the forums.

Are you saying the igniter glows for 8-10 and then it lights ?
This doesn't make sense. The circuit current you are measuring is correct.
Typically what happens is the current goes down as the igniter ages causing delays in the opening of the valve.

Looking at the diagram it's very basic. The current measured anywhere in the circuit should be the same,.
Normal circuit current is 3.2A - 3.4A for the valve open in approx 45 seconds.

I would try changing the igniter first as the valve is much more expensive and involved.
