after this the blower wheel impeller broke at the hub and was replaced
and now has broken at the hub again .

Welcome to the forums.

I've never come across a broken one on a service call.
I have broken them removing them for a motor replacement.

How old is the replacement ?
Have you contacted the seller ?

A model number might be useful.

A picture showing the impeller break would be helpful since there are many types of impellers.

It's not an impeller..... it's a plastic squirrel cage wheel.
You can buy them from $4- $25. I needn't tell you what you get with the $4 part.

Your dealer should be replacing it again.

Was a common problem with older Maytags. Since they they were bought by Whirlpool not so much. Usually can not get them off the shaft when replacing motor and have to be broken off.

I assume that it is snapping off where the blower wheel pushes onto the motor's shaft.

If they did not use the new clamp/clip that goes over that area then that could be the cause.
Could be just a defective part.
Also check that the screen filter is getting cleaned often/every load and that the exhaust vent is clean. A problem with either of these will restrict air flow and put extra stess on the blower.

put on the new one , works fine for now ,
but so did the other one till it broke ! no rubbing or wobbling now ,
I will be sure to clean filter every load.

I know you understand
what you thought I said
but what you heard
is not what I meant.

Just looked up blower and that is a very common problem for that dryer. Blower will wobble on shaft and that were out center. Be sure to use the new clamp they send with wheel.Back when Maytags wwere still maytag and I still worked always had 2 on truck as it was so common.
