At wits End
Don’t know what to try next. I’ve been getting the yellow flames on my stove that uses propane. All pots and pans are becoming heavily sooted.
I had a new company come and put on 100 pound tank with a new tank regulator. I was working with a 20 pound tank for 25 years on different stoves with no problems. To me, not sure if it’s a coincidence but that’s when the problem started. I had the new company come out and check the tank regulator and they said it is set correctly and that the problem is within the stove. I replaced all the small nozzles and range regulator and still getting the yellow flames. I also adjusted all the stems under the knobs to the lowest point.
It seems the two front burners are the main culprits you can actually hear the gas sound sising when turning them on.
Any ideas would be much appreciate it.
