leaking wall unit

I have a wall unit that works fine, but I my downstairs neighbor (I live in a condo) just informed me that my unit was leaking down onto his wall. My a/c unit is about 7 or 8 years old, and this is the first problem I've had. I don't see any leaking from the unit itself, although there is some condensation, which I thought was okay. I am on a very limited budget, and I suspect to call a repair service would be quite costly. Any ideas?

Most thru the wall a/c units are made with a slinger type fan blade on the outdoor fan whose job it is to pick up the condensate water and fling it onto the outdoor coil where it evaporates. Some condensation on the bottom is normal, however, if water is leaking out, the unit probably needs to be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned. They also need to inspect the bottom of the chassis to see if it has rusted thru. It can get expensive because the unit is too cumbersome for one man to remove and carry downstairs out to the yard for cleaning.
