Question Water pours from unit.

I am not exactly sure where the water is coming from. I just know that it is ending up in a large bowl underneath the furnace. The unit is a Lennox. It is located in the center of the house. We live in Central Louisiana. Water pours out just after the Air Conditioning turns off. It does not always do this and never in the morning. I am guessing but I think it is coming from the duct work that runs to the indoor unit. I am not sure if this is related but we recently had work done on the unit. It turned out to be a voltage regulator needing replaced because the air did not blow at all. What can I do to stop the water? Thanks in advance for any help.

Voltage regulator??- transformer maybe? I'll betcha that water leaked down into the furnace and caused the transformer to fail. Why is the water running down? There are several things to look for:

!. dirty cooling coil
2 drain pan full of gunk
3. cooling coil is icing up partially/fully
4. drain line is obstructed
5. no trap in the drain line
6. drain pan rusted thru
