No heat from downstairs radiators

my downstair gas central heating radiators do not heat ihave bled radiators pump seems fine boiler ok i have changed valves any ideas cheers

Radiators sometimes get a stubborn pocket of air in them and will cause the problem you're experiencing. When bleeding the radiators, try tapping the radiator slightly to jar this pocket of air loose.

Your description doesn't tell me if there are separate thermostats for the downstair and upstairs. If they are, it could be a zoning valve and/or this zone is air bound. In either case this is not a job for the do it yourselfer. You're better off calling a qualified service person.
