Electric heater - heating elements

Does tepid air coming through the ducts mean heating elements in the electric heater are dead? Is replacing heating elements a job for a do-it-yourselfer? If so, how is it done?

Look around

Could be but -----There are some other things to look at also.
If you know what you are doing with electric ok but your going to have to look around and ring out relays, look for burn't wires.are there fuses in the unit OK.So you see it can be other things than just the electric elements ED
